It's the end of 2013 so how best to occupy my downtime than to try to make some socks in crochet. I'm using a free pattern from crochetandknitting.com for men's socks. It looke the simplest, and once I've mastered them I will try others. I will be spending a lot of time travelling this month to India and Nepal, so why not do this.
I am using a plastic 6mm hook, and Patons wool blend Aran in denim blue / 13137. I've done most of the rib for the top so I will post pictures when I can work out how to do it!
